iCM020 is a second-generation therapeutic candidate developed by **iCoat Medical**, specifically designed to mitigate **ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI)** in patients undergoing **open-heart surgery**. The drug is built upon iCoat Medical's proprietary technology platform, which focuses on surface-binding complement inhibitors.
