Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ICP-001** is an investigational ICaPath cancer immunotherapy consisting of recombinant human interleukin-12 encapsulated in poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles. The PLGA carrier is designed to provide prolonged, controlled release of very low doses of IL-12, aiming to activate antitumor T-cell and natural killer-cell responses through the interleukin-12 receptor while reducing the systemic toxicity historically associated with IL-12 therapy. The program is being developed preclinically for advanced cancers, including osteosarcomas and pleomorphic neoplastic diseases. ([icapath.com](https://icapath.com/))
