ICP-105

ICP-105 is a highly selective, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4). It is being developed by InnoCare Pharma and its subsidiaries Tianyin Jianhua and Tiancheng Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, with a primary focus on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other liver cancers characterized by abnormal FGFR4 signaling. The drug has demonstrated significant anti-tumor effects in preclinical models and is designed to provide safer and more effective treatment options for patients with liver cancer. As of early 2025, clinical development has reached Phase 1 trials in patients with advanced solid malignancies[1][2][3][5][8].
