Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ICP-923 is an oral small molecule drug developed by InnoCare Pharma. It acts as a potent IL-17A blocker, targeting the IL-17 receptor family. IL-17 is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that plays a key role in immune functional responses and the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases. Unlike monoclonal antibodies that target IL-17, ICP-923 offers the convenience of oral administration and can potently block both IL-17AA and IL-17AF binding to the IL-17 receptor[4][5]. As of June 2025, its highest development status is preclinical for autoimmune diseases[1][4].
