ICP-B381

ICP-B381 is a dual-antibody antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by InnoCare for the treatment of prostate cancer. It is the first dual-antibody ADC built on InnoCare's proprietary ADC technology platform, designed to simultaneously target two antigens highly expressed on prostate cancer cells: Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) and Six-Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate 1 (STEAP1). By targeting both antigens, ICP-B381 aims to overcome the heterogeneity of antigen expression in prostate cancer and enhance therapeutic efficacy. Preclinical studies in human prostate cancer xenograft models (22Rv1) have demonstrated that ICP-B381 provides robust, dose-dependent antitumor activity, outperforming single-target PSMA or STEAP1 ADCs. Data presented at the 2026 AACR annual meeting indicated a superior safety profile and a wider therapeutic window compared to similar agents. As of 2026, the developer is preparing to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application in the United States.
