Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ICTCAR-CRC is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by SiDanSai Biotechnology (ICT) for the treatment of colorectal cancer. The therapy utilizes the proprietary CoupledCAR® technology, which incorporates a second signaling component designed to promote the expansion and survival of CAR-T cells within the challenging immunosuppressive environment of solid tumors. ICTCAR-CRC specifically targets Guanylyl Cyclase C (GCC), a transmembrane cell surface receptor that is highly expressed in the majority of metastatic colorectal cancers but has restricted expression in normal tissues. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage.
