ICTCAR-TCR hybrid

ICTCAR-TCR hybrid is a preclinical-stage cell therapy developed by SiDanSai Biotechnology (ICT) using their proprietary CoupledCAR® platform. This hybrid approach combines the features of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) and T-cell Receptor (TCR) technologies to target the cancer-testis antigen MAGE-A4. By integrating CAR and TCR functionalities, the therapy aims to enhance the recognition and elimination of solid tumors, specifically targeting indications such as lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and bladder cancer. The CoupledCAR® technology is designed to improve the efficacy and persistence of engineered T cells in the immunosuppressive environment of solid tumors.
