Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDB-011 is an investigational **two-monoclonal-antibody combination** comprising IDB-774 and IDB-898, developed as a medical countermeasure against Rift Valley fever virus infection. The human antibodies bind distinct critical viral residues, directly neutralize Rift Valley fever virus replication, and have been engineered for extended half-life. The components are administered as separate consecutive intramuscular injections. IDB-011 is being evaluated in a randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 1 study in healthy adults for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity.
