Overview

IDC001 is an investigational bispecific antibody being developed by Prestige Biopharma for the treatment of solid tumors, including pancreatic, ovarian, and liver cancers. The drug is designed to simultaneously target two proprietary oncology therapeutic targets: Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor (PAUF) and Collagen Triple Helix Repeat Containing 1 (CTHRC1). These targets are associated with tumor progression, metastasis, and resistance to standard therapies. IDC001 combines the mechanisms of action of two of the company's other antibody programs, PBP1510 (an anti-PAUF antibody) and PBP1710 (an anti-CTHRC1 antibody), into a single therapeutic molecule. As of early 2024, the drug is in the early preclinical development stage, specifically the cloning and cell line development phase.
