Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDC003 is a preclinical-stage bispecific monoclonal antibody being developed by Prestige Biopharma for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor (PAUF) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). PAUF is a pro-tumorigenic protein secreted by cancer cells that promotes tumor progression, metastasis, and immune evasion, while VEGF is a key driver of tumor angiogenesis. By dual-targeting these pathways, IDC003 aims to inhibit tumor growth and vascularization more effectively than single-target therapies. The drug is part of Prestige Biopharma's innovative drug candidate (IDC) pipeline and is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation.
