IDC005

IDC005 is a first-in-class bispecific antibody being developed by Prestige Biopharma for the treatment of aggressive solid tumors, including pancreatic and ovarian cancers, as well as critical immune disorders. The therapeutic is designed to simultaneously target desmoplasia (the development of dense connective tissue) and both angiogenesis and lymph-angiogenesis (the formation of new blood and lymphatic vessels). By addressing these key features of the tumor microenvironment, IDC005 aims to inhibit tumor growth and metastasis in highly aggressive cancers. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development with proof-of-concept established.
