Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDC007 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody being developed by Prestige Biopharma for the treatment and prevention of Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS). CRS is a systemic inflammatory response characterized by a massive release of cytokines, often triggered by immunotherapies such as CAR-T cell therapies and immune checkpoint inhibitors, or by severe infectious diseases like COVID-19. IDC007 is engineered to simultaneously target and suppress two key molecules involved in the cytokine cascade, aiming to provide a more comprehensive mitigation of the inflammatory storm than single-target therapies. The drug is currently in the cell line development phase at Prestige Biopharma's Innovative Discovery Centre (IDC) in Busan, South Korea.
