Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDC008 is an investigational bispecific antibody being developed by Prestige Biopharma for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor (PAUF) and an undisclosed immune checkpoint molecule. PAUF is a pro-oncogenic factor that contributes to an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, often leading to resistance against standard immune checkpoint inhibitors. By dual-targeting PAUF and a checkpoint molecule, IDC008 aims to reduce off-target effects and enhance the selectivity and efficacy of the immune response within the tumor microenvironment. The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
