Overview

iDD-005 is a preclinical humanized monoclonal antibody developed by iDD biotech. It targets extracellular Cytokeratin 8 (eCK8) and is being developed for the treatment of various cancers, including colon, head and neck, glioma, and lung cancer. Promising preclinical data have shown tumor shrinkage in animal models, and the drug is being advanced towards a Phase I clinical trial.
