IDE034

IDE034 is a potential first-in-class bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets both B7H3 (CD276) and PTK7, two cell surface proteins frequently co-expressed in multiple solid tumors, including lung, colorectal, and head and neck cancers. The drug incorporates a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload designed to induce tumor cell death upon internalization. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust monotherapy tumor regressions in several models. IDEAYA Biosciences is developing IDE034 under an exclusive worldwide license from Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals, with plans for an IND submission to the FDA in 2025 to initiate first-in-human clinical trials.
