IDM01

IDM01 is a proprietary botanical extract derived from *Ilex paraguariensis* (Yerba Mate), developed by IDM Food Solutions. It is standardized to contain high concentrations of bioactive compounds, specifically 20% caffeine and 10% chlorogenic acids. The extract is primarily investigated for its potential to alleviate general fatigue and enhance cognitive performance, including mental focus and alertness, in healthy, recreationally active adults.
