Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDOV-Immune + AntiAngio is a preclinical-stage engineered oncolytic virus (gene therapy) candidate being developed by ViroMissile in collaboration with Longyao Biotech. Built on the proprietary IDOV™ (Intravenously Deliverable Oncolytic Virus) platform, which utilizes a genetically engineered vaccinia virus backbone, this therapy is designed for systemic intravenous delivery to target tumors throughout the body. It combines two distinct therapeutic mechanisms: immune enhancement to stimulate robust anti-tumor immune responses, and anti-angiogenesis to target and inhibit tumor blood vessel formation. This dual-action approach is intended to support direct oncolytic activity while simultaneously restricting tumor angiogenesis, offering a comprehensive strategy for the treatment of solid tumors.
