IDOV-Stealth

IDOV-Stealth is a patent-pending, first-in-class stealth oncolytic virus developed to survive in the bloodstream and evade clearance by natural killer (NK) cells and T-cells. This unique design allows the virus to persist longer in circulation, enhancing its ability to target and destroy tumor cells. The drug is part of the IDOV platform from ViroMissile, which utilizes oncolytic viruses for highly specific cancer cell targeting. The mechanism of action involves direct lysis of tumor cells by viral infection while evading immune detection, thereby improving anti-tumor efficacy. It is currently in preparation for IND filing as a novel therapeutic candidate for cancer treatment[1][2].
