Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDP-002 is a bispecific antibody developed by InduPro Therapeutics, currently in the IND-enabling phase for immuno-oncology. It is designed as a PD-1 antagonist that simultaneously targets Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and an undisclosed T-cell surface protein referred to as T-Cell Antigen 1. By utilizing InduPro's proprietary proximity biology platform, IDP-002 aims to block the inhibitory PD-1/PD-L1 pathway while specifically engaging T cells to enhance and localize anti-tumor immune responses. This proximity-based approach is intended to improve the therapeutic index and efficacy of checkpoint inhibition by focusing T-cell activation within the tumor microenvironment.
