Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDP-004 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by InduPro Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target MET (Hepatocyte Growth Factor Receptor) and a proprietary Tumor Associated Proximity Antigen-M1 (TAPA-M1). By leveraging InduPro's proximity biology platform, the drug aims to deliver a cytotoxic payload specifically to cancer cells where these two antigens are in close proximity, potentially improving the therapeutic index and overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with MET-targeted therapies. The drug is currently in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development.
