IDP-012

IDP-012 is a preclinical, proximity-based bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by InduPro. It is designed to target both epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1, also referred to as tumor-associated proximity antigen E1 or TAPA-E1). IDP-012 is conjugated to a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload. By dual-targeting EGFR and CDCP1, the drug aims to enhance tumor selectivity and target internalization while minimizing the off-target toxicities typically associated with EGFR-directed therapies. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase for the treatment of solid tumors (oncology).
