IDRM-7

IDRM-7 is a novel, first-in-class oral non-JAK small molecule being developed by I Derm Pharma for the treatment of moderate-to-severe psoriasis and other immune-mediated or inflammatory conditions. It features a unique dual-action mechanism, acting as an aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) agonist, a vitamin D receptor (VDR) activator, and a modulator of the retinoid pathway. Through this multi-target approach, IDRM-7 simultaneously suppresses the local psoriatic inflammatory cascade (inhibiting the AMPs/Type I IFN/Th17 loop) and restores the healthy keratinocyte differentiation program. In preclinical humanized psoriasis xenograft models, IDRM-7 demonstrated high oral bioavailability and robust efficacy, matching the therapeutic effects of approved oral TYK2 inhibitors with a favorable safety profile.
