ifebemtinib + pegylated liposomal doxorubicin + toripalimab

This triple combination therapy, developed by InxMed (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., consists of ifebemtinib (IN10018), pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD), and toripalimab. Ifebemtinib is a highly potent and selective oral small molecule inhibitor of focal adhesion kinase (FAK), which targets FAK signaling hyperactivated in many cancer types and correlated with treatment resistance. Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin is a cytotoxic chemotherapy agent that inhibits DNA topoisomerase II. Toripalimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, acting as a checkpoint inhibitor to enhance the immune response against tumors. This combination is being evaluated in Phase Ib/II clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The regimen aims to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and enhance antitumor efficacy.
