Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IFX-101 is a 'Human-First' monoclonal antibody therapeutic being developed by Infinimmune for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. As the lead candidate in Infinimmune's pipeline, it was discovered using a proprietary platform that identifies rare, high-affinity antibodies from the immune systems of healthy human donors. The drug is designed to provide superior efficacy and extended dosing intervals to enhance patient convenience and quality of life. In 2024, the program advanced toward clinical development through a manufacturing partnership with KBI Biopharma, utilizing their SUREmAb™ platform for cell line development.
