Overview

IFX-401 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Infinimmune that targets interleukin-17F (IL-17F). It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). IL-17F is a member of the IL-17 cytokine family and plays a significant role in driving inflammation in the gut mucosa. By selectively neutralizing IL-17F, IFX-401 is designed to mitigate the inflammatory response associated with UC while potentially offering a differentiated safety or efficacy profile compared to broader IL-17 inhibitors.
