Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IG101 is a preclinical-stage Target Immune Stimulator (TIS) candidate being developed by Ingenium Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Built on Ingenium's proprietary TIS platform, IG101 is a bispecific antibody-linker-payload conjugate designed to overcome the limitations of conventional antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and immunotherapies. It utilizes a bispecific antibody targeting receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) to selectively localize to tumor cells, delivering an immune-stimulating payload such as an IL-21/IL-15 fusion cytokine or the TN13 peptide (a p38 inhibitor) to modulate the tumor microenvironment and activate local immune cells.
