Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IG201 is a preclinical-stage dual-payload Target Immune Stimulator (TIS) being developed by Ingenium Therapeutics for the treatment of slow-dividing and treatment-resistant cancers. Built on Ingenium's proprietary TIS platform, IG201 consists of a ROR1-directed antibody conjugated via a linker to two distinct payloads: an IL-21/15 fusion cytokine and TN13, a peptide-based p38 inhibitor. This dual-payload approach is designed to attack cancer cells through multiple pathways, stimulating anti-tumor immunity and modulating the tumor microenvironment (TME) to overcome the limitations of conventional antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and immunotherapies.
