Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IG202 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Ingenium Therapeutics. It is built on the company's proprietary Target Immune Stimulator (TIS) platform, which is designed to deliver two therapeutic payloads directly to tumors to stimulate a localized immune response. The dual-payload TIS platform utilizes an antibody-linker-two-payload architecture. The payloads consist of an IL-21/15 fusion cytokine and TN13, a peptide-based p38 inhibitor that regulates the tumor microenvironment (TME) and protects natural killer (NK) cells from TGF-β-mediated immunosuppression. IG202 is intended for the treatment of slow-dividing and treatment-resistant cancers, including solid tumors.
