IGFBPL1 CAR-T is a peptide-centric chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by MyriO Tx for the treatment of neuroblastoma and other pediatric cancers. The therapy is engineered to target Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-Like 1 (IGFBPL1), a protein that is presented as peptides on HLA-A*02:01 molecules on the surface of pediatric tumor cells. MyriO Tx utilizes its proprietary Retained Display (ReD) antibody discovery platform to generate highly specific single-chain variable fragment (scFv) binders against these peptide-MHC complexes. This approach allows the CAR-T cells to target intracellular antigens that are typically inaccessible to conventional CAR-T therapies. As of 2025, the program is in IND-enabling studies.
