Overview

IGNK002 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf memory natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by Ingenium Therapeutics. As a non-engineered cellular immunotherapy, it utilizes memory NK cells which are characterized by enhanced expression of activating receptors and superior persistence compared to conventional NK cells. The therapy is specifically designed for the treatment of solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). A significant feature of IGNK002 is its off-the-shelf formulation, which has successfully completed 24-month freeze/thaw stability testing, facilitating scalable manufacturing and immediate clinical availability.
