Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IgYGate F is an oral dietary supplement formulated as lozenges, developed by the Immunology Research Institute in Gifu and EW Nutrition, and distributed in Vietnam by Dong Do Pharmaceutical. The active ingredient is Ovalgen F (also known as Ovalgen FL), which consists of specific chicken egg yolk immunoglobulins (IgY) targeting influenza viruses, including influenza A (H1N1, H3N2, H5N1) and influenza B. IgYGate F acts locally in the oral cavity and throat to bind and neutralize viral pathogens, preventing them from adhering to and invading host mucosal cells. It is used to support the immune system, strengthen resistance against seasonal respiratory infections, and reduce flu-like symptoms.
