IH-2014A is a multi-agent chemotherapy regimen developed by the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS) for the treatment of adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative (Ph-) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL). The regimen is a risk-stratified protocol that includes an induction phase, consolidation, and maintenance therapy. The induction phase typically utilizes the VDCLP backbone, consisting of vincristine, daunorubicin, cyclophosphamide, L-asparaginase (or PEG-asparaginase), and prednisone. Consolidation therapy involves high-dose methotrexate, cytarabine, etoposide, and 6-mercaptopurine. The IH-2014A regimen aims to optimize complete remission rates and overall survival while managing treatment-related toxicities in the Chinese adult ALL population.
