Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**IHC-001** is an Imvax personalized, autologous whole-tumor-derived cancer immunotherapy being developed for hepatocellular carcinoma. It is an autologous biologic-device combination product that uses patient-derived tumor material and Imvax's implantable biodiffusion-chamber platform to promote immunogenic tumor-cell death, release tumor-associated antigens, and stimulate a systemic antitumor immune response. Imvax lists IHC-001 as an IND-enabling program for hepatocellular carcinoma; preclinical liver-cancer model data showed reduced tumor growth, improved survival, and evidence of durable systemic immunity.
