Overview

iHSC is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived hematopoietic stem cell therapy being developed by All Life Biotechnology. The therapy utilizes iPSC technology to generate a standardized and potentially unlimited supply of functional hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) for transplantation. This approach is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional HSC transplants, such as donor scarcity and the need for HLA matching. iHSC is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development for the treatment of genetic blood disorders, including Thalassemia and Fabry Disease, where it aims to reconstitute healthy hematopoietic lineages. It is also being investigated for use in blood cancers and as a source for general hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
