Overview

iHSC013 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) therapy developed by Cell Inspire Biotechnology. The cells are genetically engineered to express CD16 (FcγRIIIa) and a secreted form of interleukin-15 (sIL-15). The expression of CD16 is intended to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) potential, while the secretion of IL-15 provides autocrine or paracrine support to maintain and stimulate immune effector functions. This therapy is currently in the preclinical stage of development for oncology applications.
