Drug intelligence / Profile preview
II-25 is a novel piperazinylpyrimidine derivative designed to target the human kinome. Developed by researchers at the University of the Pacific, II-25 was synthesized as part of a series of compounds combining a piperazinylpyrimidine core with kinase-privileged fragments. In preclinical evaluations against the NCI-60 panel of cancer cell lines, II-25 demonstrated very weak antiproliferative activity, with a mean GI50 of greater than 100 μM.
