Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Ii-Key-GP100** is an investigational **peptide cancer vaccine** built using Antigen Express and later NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology's Ii-Key platform, in which the invariant-chain Ii-Key motif is linked to a melanoma-associated **gp100** helper T-cell epitope to enhance MHC class II presentation and amplify antigen-specific CD4-positive T-cell priming. Preclinical studies in HLA-DR4 transgenic models showed enhanced gp100-specific immune responses, including stronger helper T-cell activity and antibody responses relative to epitope-alone constructs. The program has been positioned for **melanoma** immunotherapy and has been described publicly as **Phase I ready**, but there is limited evidence of advanced clinical development.
