IIT-ATLG-65 is a clinical-stage polyclonal antibody therapy developed by Neovii Pharmaceuticals, currently in Phase 1 development for solid organ transplantation (SOT). The drug is a specific formulation or program involving anti-thymocyte lymphocyte globulin (ATLG), which is produced by immunizing rabbits with human T-lymphoblasts. Its mechanism of action involves the broad depletion of T-lymphocytes and modulation of the immune system through binding to a variety of cell surface antigens, such as CD2, CD3, CD4, CD8, and HLA-DR. This depletion helps to prevent the recipient's immune system from attacking the transplanted organ. The program is closely associated with the ODORAT clinical trial, which aims to optimize the dosing of rabbit anti-thymocyte globulin in transplant patients.
