Overview

IIT-ATLG-68 is a polyclonal rabbit anti-human T-lymphocyte globulin (ATLG) therapeutic candidate being developed by Neovii Pharmaceuticals. Currently in Phase 2 clinical development, it is primarily investigated for use in stem cell transplantation (SCT) conditioning, specifically for patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The drug functions as an immunosuppressive agent by depleting T-lymphocytes and modulating immune responses through mechanisms such as complement-dependent cytotoxicity and apoptosis. By targeting a broad range of T-cell surface antigens, IIT-ATLG-68 aims to facilitate successful engraftment and prevent graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) or autoimmune relapse in the context of cellular therapies.
