Overview

A combination therapy under investigation consisting of **IK-930**, a selective inhibitor of TEAD1 (a transcription factor in the Hippo signaling pathway), and **osimertinib**, a third-generation **EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor**. IK-930 targets drug-resistant or “persister” cancer cells by preventing TEAD-dependent gene transcription, a mechanism associated with acquired resistance to targeted therapies. Osimertinib inhibits mutant forms of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a key driver of certain non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC). Preclinical and clinical development is focused on overcoming resistance to EGFR inhibitors in **EGFR-mutated NSCLC**.
