Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IK15800 is a synthetic immunomodulating peptide developed by InterK Peptide Therapeutics as a vaccine adjuvant for cancer and viral pathogens, including Ebola. It acts synergistically with Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonists to induce type I interferons (IFNs), thereby enhancing vaccine efficacy. The peptide is characterized by its biostability in human serum and its ability to form a depot at the injection site, which facilitates prolonged immune stimulation. It is currently in preclinical development.
