Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A personalized cellular immunotherapy consisting of autologous monocyte-derived dendritic cells that are matured through activation of the NF-κB pathway via IKKb (IκB kinase beta) and loaded with tumor RNA. The therapy involves three types of RNA: amplified tumor mRNA, RNA encoding driver mutations, and RNA encoding overexpressed non-mutated tumor antigens. This approach aims to stimulate both T cells and NK cells to create a coordinated immune response against cancer.
