Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IKS01 is an investigational **folate receptor alpha-targeted antibody-drug conjugate** developed by Iksuda Therapeutics for solid tumors, particularly ovarian cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer. The molecule comprises the FRA-binding antibody Isumab01 linked through Iksuda's PermaLink conjugation technology to Femtogenix's FGX2-62 payload, a next-generation pyridinobenzodiazepine DNA mono-alkylator. In preclinical studies, IKS01 showed anti-tumor activity and tumor regression in ovarian and lung cancer models, including platinum-resistant settings, and was designed to retain activity in tumors with low to moderate folate receptor alpha expression.
