Overview
IL-10-Fc + HER2 CAR-T is a combination immunotherapy being developed by Leman Biotech. It consists of Meta 10, an engineered IL-10-Fc fusion protein designed to enhance immune cell metabolism, and a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting HER2. The Meta 10 component is intended to overcome T-cell exhaustion and the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by metabolic reprogramming, thereby improving the efficacy and persistence of the CAR-T cells. Preclinical data in a colorectal cancer mouse model (MC38-HER2) demonstrated a 90% cure rate, suggesting potent synergistic activity against solid tumors.
