Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IL-10 XX CAR-T is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Leman Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy utilizes Leman's proprietary Meta 10 platform, which involves armoring CAR-T cells with a metabolic modulator based on Interleukin-10 (IL-10). This engineering is intended to enhance the metabolic fitness of the T cells, promote the formation of oxidative phosphorylation-dependent memory stem cells, and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, thereby preventing T-cell exhaustion. While the specific tumor-associated antigen (XX) targeted by this candidate is currently undisclosed, the program is in the IND-enabling phase with first-in-human trials projected for early 2026.
