il-10ra siRNA is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) designed to silence the expression of the interleukin-10 receptor subunit alpha (IL-10RA). In research contexts, particularly in studies of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), it is utilized as a laboratory tool to investigate the role of the IL-10RA signaling axis in endothelial cell homeostasis. Silencing IL-10RA in pulmonary artery endothelial cells (PAECs) has been shown to impair cell survival, disrupt cytoskeleton organization, and inhibit migration, thereby contributing to endothelial dysfunction and the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension. This reagent is primarily used for gene knockdown experiments in vitro and in vivo to model IL-10RA deficiency and its downstream biological consequences.
