Overview
The IL-17 x TL1A bispecific antibody is a preclinical-stage, investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to simultaneously inhibit interleukin-17 (specifically IL-17A and IL-17A/F) and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 15 (TL1A). Developed by Caldera Therapeutics under an exclusive worldwide license from Qyuns Therapeutics, this dual-targeting biologic is designed to address immune-mediated inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. By blocking both the IL-17 and TL1A pathways, the antibody aims to overcome the efficacy ceilings of single-target therapies and prevent compensatory inflammatory mechanisms. The program is currently in preclinical development, with further details expected to be disclosed in 2027.
