Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IL2104 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1). Developed by iLeadBMS, a spin-off biotech subsidiary of Ildong Pharmaceutical, IL2104 is designed to treat various solid tumors. By selectively inhibiting PARP1 while sparing PARP2, the compound aims to achieve synthetic lethality in cancer cells with DNA repair deficiencies while minimizing the hematological toxicities often associated with dual PARP1/2 inhibitors.
