Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ILB-2201 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody (BsAb) developed by Innolake Biopharm for the treatment of various oncology indications. It is designed to simultaneously target Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). By dual-targeting these pathways, ILB-2201 aims to combine the immune-checkpoint inhibition of the PD-1/PD-L1 axis with the anti-angiogenic effects of VEGF inhibition, potentially overcoming resistance to monotherapies and enhancing anti-tumor efficacy.
