ILB-3101 is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Innolake Biopharm for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly those expressing B7-H3 (CD276 antigen), an immune checkpoint protein overexpressed in a broad spectrum of malignant tumors. The drug consists of an anti-B7H3 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the potent microtubule inhibitor eribulin via a proprietary linker. Its mechanism involves targeted delivery of eribulin to tumor cells, resulting in inhibition of tubulin polymerization and subsequent cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Preclinical studies have demonstrated strong tumor-killing activity and favorable pharmacokinetic/toxicity profiles. Clinical development is ongoing, with phase 1/2 trials underway for advanced malignant solid neoplasms and IND approvals for acute myeloid leukemia and advanced cancer in China[2][4][5].
